In order to access the HAPPY TenantCheck® system, you must first register with HAPPY Software, An MRI Software Company. There are no fees associated with this service. After filling out the following form, please click the "Submit" button to transmit your registration. You will be registered to use the system as soon as your Agency data can be confirmed, usually within 24 hours.
